Employees including directors and supervisors attend corporate ethics training and public awareness meetings.  Combined with an open grading system allows for a clear and effective reward and punishment code.

Environmentally Friendly

1. Our company provides lead free products following the Shenju concept of environmental protection that guarantee there are no harmful substances in the products in order to reduce hard to our environment.  Parts of the factory has passed ISO14001 environmental management system certification. ISO14001 focuses on energy saving and pollution prevention that translates into lower costs.  Prevention from accidents and emergency valves are put in place to reduce damage to the environment.
2. Our company follows government policies in recycling and has battery and paper recycling in the office.  Carbon reduction is also put in effort such as turning off lights during lunch breaks and controlled ac temperatures.

Social Welfare

1. Our company is in accordance with labor standard laws and other regulations in order to protect employees.
2. Provide employees with a safe and comfortable working environment.  Annual evacuation and fire protection plans are in place in case of emergencies.  An annual health check up is also offered.
3. Our corporate website has a section available to customers to bring up concerns or comments.
4. In a disaster scenario donor funds are set up.
